Cristie Lynn Johnson is most at home where ambition has outgrown infrastructure, growth has become chaotic, or a business is bleeding money and running out of runway. An AASBC Accredited & Certified Business Consultant who studied business at Georgia State University, Cristie Lynn has built her career helping owners stabilize struggling companies, rescue franchise operations, scale growing businesses, and lead turnarounds when the margin for error is small.
She founded Fix Grow Thrive Group after seeing the same pattern repeatedly: capable owners working harder while profitability, accountability, and control slipped further out of reach.
